Dr Menon started his career as a Surgeon-Lieutenant in the Indian Navy, preceded by an exhaustive classroom & OJT in Supply Chain Management – including specialized skills required in rough terrain supply networks – Antarctica expedition of Indian Navy, Himalayan automotive supply chain and various other tough terrains
Dr Menon has been involved in training organizations to accept change in the form of innovative business processes in supply chain design and implementation, including training & orientation programmes for employees.

He has trained supply chain teams with a focus on enhancing the profitability, reducing stockouts and breakages and other causes of post manufacturing rejections.
