Clarence is a Senior Industry Executive, with 40 years of established tax, and financial expertise having retired as “Deputy Director of Taxes” in 2017 from Schlumberger Limited, where he globally managed transfer pricing, tax planning, tax audits & training, including tax compliance for the organization for 36 years. ​


In the last decade, he was on the board of the GCC Chapter of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and was a Director for the Tax Executive Institute (TEI) overseeing Europe and the Middle East. Throughout his career he has presented technical papers and opinions at public seminars and forums for a wide range of organizations.

Clarence is on the United Nations Subcommittee on taxation of the extractive industry and teaches international tax at the IBFD Middle East training forum.
