He was head of a Training Institute in a Public Sector bank for over eight years and has been associated with conducting several training programs for Junior/Middle and Senior level Management staff members of the bank.
He was part of the team that helped the bank receive the coveted Golden Peacock Award in Training, the first by any bank in India.
He was a very sought after faculty and has been invited to several leading banking institutes including the National Institute for Bank Management (NIBM) Pune, India, to deliver session on various banking, IT and Human Relations related topics.
He was also a speaker at a Core Banking Asia Conference in Singapore.
He has been part of the BFSI solutions Domain team of a leading global IT services Company (Wipro) and successfully led and delivered various projects in the banking and Financial services industry.
